Losing Friends
This weekend was mixed. I re-connected with an old friend, got some things done, and watched a lot of good movies with Jess. This morning, though, we got a call from our friend Karen. Her husband, Jeff, was diagnosed with Liver Cancer a few months ago. They’d been pursuing treatment but a lot of options had been closed. It was an aggressive cancer. Jeff died in England this morning....
